Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your joining our growing community. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


In case your item is defective or damaged, we will provide in collecting it and either refund or ship a new item, depending on your choice. To be eligible for a return, you should have directly bought your product from our website or a legitimate distributor. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To return an item, please email customer service at alaa@wonderedhub.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address: Plaza de las Peñuelas 10, 3B, 28005 Madrid, Madrid, Spain

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in case of damaged products, we will cover the collection costs of the damaged item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
